We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Core Service Delivery: Processing translation and recognition requests and returning AI-generated results.
  • Account Verification: Identifying your account and membership status via Device ID.
  • Subscription & Virtual Asset Management: Verifying subscription status, crediting Fish Treats (小鱼干) to member accounts at the start of each billing cycle, and recording Fish Treat acquisition and usage history.
  • Service Improvement: Analyzing usage data to optimize features and improve user experience (data is anonymized).
  • AI Model Optimization: With your consent, audio and image data may be used to improve translation and recognition accuracy.
  • Security and Anti-Fraud: Detecting unusual usage patterns and protecting platform integrity.
  • Legal Compliance: Responding to lawful requests from authorities and fulfilling legal obligations.
  • Push Notifications: Sending feature updates and reminders (can be disabled).

We will not use your data for purposes unrelated to the above, and will not use it for targeted advertising.

本 App 的服务器可能位于中国大陆以外的地区(如香港、新加坡或美国),您的个人信息可能会被传输至上述地区进行处理。
